    I'll tell you right now ribeye,t bone, or porterhouse you really can't go wrong on choice of cut. Basque chorizo is amazing I buy it ever time. It's heavy on paprika but excellent.

    My favorite butcher shop in Reno. Unique flavors, which always make me popular at my BBQs and dinners. Whenever I have any questions, the staff is helpful. Also, my dogs are fans because I get them knuckles and bones that they chew on for days and love the marrow!
